Location: John Rudy County Park, park at Pines Picnic Area
Anchor Clues:
- Start at the bulletin board in the Pines Picnic Area.
- Facing the bulletin board, turn left and follow the blacktop path.
- Continue following the path as it bends to the right and then goes up a slight hill. Watch the dogs play in the Canine Meadows on the left.
- Continue following the blacktop path to the ‘T’. At the ‘T’ turn right. Walk about 30 feet and turn left.
- Continue past the restrooms. The path will eventually bend to the right with houses on the left and soccer fields on the right. Take a break if needed on one of the benches!
- Stay on the blacktop path as you pass the large stone parking area on the right.
- When you come to the next ‘T’, go straight and follow the grass path next to the woodline.
- Continue walking on the grass path until you see the post.
- To return to the parking area, continue walking on the grass path in the same direction.
- At the wooden fence, turn right. Follow the grass path to the blacktop path and turn right. Follow the blacktop path back to the parking area.
